Features

chevron-rightHow do I set up hey mint raffle?hashtag

You can start connecting your Google account/Twitter/Discord to log in > Create new allowlist > fill up the necessary information of your project > set requirements in the "Requirements tab" > activate the allowlist page

chevron-rightCan more than 2 people work on the same allowlist manager project through HeyMint?hashtag

Yes, go to the admin tab, then you can add the emails of everyone you want to invite to your project.

chevron-rightIs it possible to give bonus entries based on discord roles?hashtag

It is not possible if there is already an existing allowlist that has different requirements.

What we can suggest is for you to make a different allowlist that has these specific requirements. Discord roles can be added as a requirement to your allowlist.

Error Codes

chevron-rightSorry, an error occurred: CloudFlare captcha verification failed, please try again.hashtag

Try turning off any ad blockers or try a different browser.

If you have an ad blocker installed in your web browser, you should be able to turn it off in the settings.

We had to implement captcha protection to mitigate massive bot attacks, but sadly it catches some real users here and there and it's not under our control - if this happens again in the future, you can reach out to the project owners and let them know if they can manually add you since you can't join the allowlist and send a screenshot of the error message.

chevron-rightWhy do I get the "security header check failed” error while trying to change my wallet to join an allowlist?hashtag

There can be several causes why you’re getting this error:

  1. You left the page open for a while and you are actually on a page from a previous deployment (the headers are invalidated every time we redeploy)

  2. Your system clock is out of sync

  3. Your user agent is being reported incorrectly

To Fix the problem:

  1. Try using a different browser and turn off any ad Blocker installed

  2. Refresh your Browser and try again several times.

  3. Use a different wallet or account on the same browser or settings.

Collector

chevron-rightHow to claim the reward after winning raffle?hashtag

You will have to reach out to the project creators via Twitter/ Discord to claim your prize.

chevron-rightOnce I enter a raffle, can I enter again with a different wallet?hashtag

By default, users can't enter with multiple wallets that is associated with the same twitter or discord because our tool treats it as just one account/entry.

chevron-rightI can't change my wallet while trying to join an allowlist.hashtag

You can change your wallet by going to the settings page > my wallets > disconnect current wallet and connect a new one.

chevron-rightI want to join an allowlist but why am I disqualified?hashtag

Unfortunately, the error message you see means that the creator of this allowlist manually set restrictions based on their own standards.

It's the project creators' decision to disqualify or prune entrants that did not meet their requirements as we don't have access to their allowlist settings. These requirements that could affect your allowlist status are wallet balance, multiple wallets, Twitter followers, and Twitter account age. So, I suggest to check on those before entering an allowlist.

chevron-rightHow to check my status on an allowlist?hashtag

You can check your status on your collector's dashboard at the top left corner of HeyMint home page beside "explore" or visit the allowlist page that you have registered in and verify your wallet.

chevron-rightAm I still eligible for entry if I sold NFT requirement for an allowlist?hashtag

Unfortunately no, if you already sold the NFT you're not qualified for the allowlist that requires NFT ownership.

chevron-rightI got approved for the allowlist, but I can't mint. What's the issue?hashtag

If you're having trouble minting, it might be because the project creator has over-allocated their mint, so not everyone on the allowlist can actually mint.

Please note that the distribution of prizes is the responsibility of the project creators, and our platform is only a tool to help them manage their allowlist. If you're still having trouble, we recommend reaching out to the project creator directly to get more information on the situation.

chevron-rightWhy did my Identity Verification fail?hashtag

If your Identity Verification failed, it could be due to a few reasons. One of the most common reasons is that the country you are in is not currently supported by our payment processing partner, Stripe.
